The ZLS rope-pull safety switch is the ideal solution for safeguarding large-scale machinery and conveyor systems. It reacts instantly when the rope is pulled or breaks, immediately cutting off the machine’s power – a critical feature for improved workplace safety. The shutdown state remains latched until the reset button is pressed with the rope correctly tensioned.

Designed for rope lengths up to 80 meters, the ZLS comes in different variants to suit various installation conditions. The included ZANDER mounting and rope-tensioning system ZTK allows easy and precise adjustment of the rope tension. When the green arrows are visible in the switch's viewing window, proper tension is confirmed – simplifying installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

An additional emergency-stop button can be mounted on either side of the switch unit and is included in the package.

With a rugged die-cast light alloy housing, IP67 protection, and high mechanical durability, this switch is well-suited for continuous industrial use.
