A semiconductor contactor is used for wear-free and noiseless switching of loads up to 75 A in automation technology. The control and load circuits are galvanically isolated. They are available in different designs and with and without a mounted heat sink. The semiconductor technology allows loads to be switched with a higher switching frequency. The semiconductor relays are delivered 100% functionally tested.
