The TZMW24VDC electromechanical safety switch with working current principle is a robust and reliable solution for monitoring movable, removable, or rotating protective devices. Made from glass-fiber reinforced thermoplastic, the housing is highly durable and provides protection ratings of IP65 and IP67.

With a holding force of 1,500 N according to EN ISO 14119, the switch ensures maximum safety. Two safety contacts (normally closed) and one auxiliary contact (normally open) offer versatile applications. The safety switch is certified for applications up to Performance Level d and Category 3 (with 2-channel use and suitable logic unit) and has a service life of 20 years.

Its compact design, with dimensions of 41 x 129 x 92.5 mm, and easy mounting using three M6 screws, simplify installation. The switch is designed for a maximum switching frequency of 1,200 operations per hour and has a power consumption of up to 8.5 W. The included TZ/CO actuator allows for immediate setup.
