The AZ/AZM201-B30-LTAG1P1-SZ is a robust actuator unit with an integrated door handle, specifically designed for use with the AZ/AZM201 safety interlock series. It is ideal for securing safety doors in industrial systems and machines, ensuring compliance with EN ISO 14119 safety requirements.

The actuator is made of die-cast zinc, while the housing is crafted from glass-fiber reinforced plastic, ensuring high mechanical stability and a long service life of at least 1 million switching cycles. The unit features an integrated escape release made of plastic-coated metal, allowing the safety door to be opened from the inside in emergency situations.

The actuator unit also includes an integrated locking pawl, providing additional protection by preventing unauthorized opening of the door. The door handle is designed for left-side door hinges, and the actuator is mounted externally on the safety door.

With a retention force of 2,000 N according to EN ISO 14119 and a maximum retention force of 2,600 N, the unit ensures a secure door lock, even under significant external force.

The actuator unit is delivered without the safety interlock switch, which must be ordered separately.
