The AZM 161CC-12/03RKA-024 is an electromechanical safety switch specifically designed for use with sliding, removable, or rotating protective devices. Featuring a self-extinguishing, fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic housing with an IP67 protection rating, this switch is robust and suitable for demanding environments.

This safety switch operates on the current principle and is equipped with five safety contacts and one auxiliary contact. It provides a maximum retention force of 2,600 N and a mechanical lifespan of at least 1,000,000 switching cycles. Flexible wiring options via spring-loaded terminals and cable entries (M16 x 1.5) allow for easy and secure installation.

Electrical lifespan information is available upon request, and the switch supports a rated control supply voltage of 24 VAC/DC. The integrated auxiliary release can be manually operated using a separately available M5 triangular key, making it ideal for maintenance and setup tasks.
