The BNS 36-02ZG-R is a compact magnetic safety sensor, ideal for applications requiring space-efficient and reliable safety solutions. The sensor operates on a magnetic principle and is optimized for flush mounting. With its fiberglass-reinforced plastic housing and IP67 protection rating, it offers excellent resistance to dust and water.
Equipped with two safety contacts and an integrated LED status indicator, the sensor lights up when the protective device is properly closed. Its mechanical lifespan of up to 25 million switching cycles and operating temperature range of -25 °C to +70 °C ensure durability and robustness.
The BNS 36-02ZG-R connects via a 1-meter-long PVC cable and tolerates axial misalignment between the sensor and actuator, provided both remain within the defined switching distance. Recommended accessories include the BPS 36-2 actuator and safety relay modules such as SRB-E-301ST or SRB-E-201LC.
