Its robust housing made of fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic ensures excellent resistance to mechanical and chemical influences, while the IP67 protection class guarantees reliable operation in demanding conditions.
The sensor operates with a magnetic actuator and features an integrated LED display that signals the switching status. With a secured switching distance of 5 mm (Sao) and a deactivation distance of 15 mm (Sar), it complies with EN IEC 60947-5-3 standards. An integrated evaluation unit enhances functionality and safety by directly processing the signals.
The BNS 300-01ZG-ST is ideal for quasi-flush mounting conditions and comes with an M12 connector for easy installation. Its durability is ensured with a mechanical lifespan of up to 20 million switching cycles (B10D).
