The IFL 4-120-10 proximity sensor is a reliable cylindrical sensor with an M12 thread designed for precise object detection in industrial applications. With its compact design and robust construction, this sensor is suitable for demanding environments. The sensor operates on an inductive principle and offers a nominal switching distance of 4 mm. It features an integrated yellow LED status indicator for quick operational checks.
The housing and active sensing surface are made from durable plastic, while the pressure disc is made from Perbunan®, ensuring high resistance to mechanical stress. The sensor is designed for non-flush mounting and provides a protection rating of IP67, making it resistant to dust and water. It operates within a temperature range of -25 to +70 °C and has a shock resistance of 30 g / 11 ms, making it ideal for harsh conditions.
The IFL 4-120-10 proximity sensor comes with a 2 m cable with a PVC sheath and supports two-wire circuitry. It operates within a voltage range of 15 to 250 VAC and can switch a current of up to 200 mA. The built-in inductive protection circuit ensures additional protection against voltage spikes.
