The TRT-200 A Ringbus Isolator is an EN 54-17 certified module designed for reliable monitoring of loudspeaker lines in electroacoustic emergency warning and voice alarm systems (ENS/SAA). As part of the VARES-LOOP system, it plays a key role in detecting and isolating line faults within the ring network.
Installed in series within the speaker loop, TRT-200 A transmits both audio signals and control data from the TRC-800 A Ringbus Controller to the connected loudspeakers. It continuously monitors the input, output, and speaker terminals for short circuits, open circuits, and ground faults. In the event of a fault, it immediately reports to the controller and isolates the defective segment. A built-in LED indicates on which side of the module the fault has occurred.
All connected speakers must include a DC blocking capacitor (TRK-001 A), except for single units connected directly at T-branches.
