The PLANET IGS-504HPT is a rugged 5-port unmanaged industrial switch, designed for fast Ethernet deployment in extreme industrial environments. Equipped with four IEEE 802.3at PoE+ ports and one Gigabit uplink, it offers up to 120 watts total PoE power in a compact IP40-rated metal housing.

Flexible Power with Built-in Booster

Supporting 12–54V DC power input, the IGS-504HPT uses an internal boost to 54V for PoE+ functionality. This wide range input flexibility allows operation in transportation and automation systems using standard power sources. Redundant inputs with polarity protection ensure operational continuity even during a power failure.

High PoE Output Without Configuration

With 36 watts per port output and support for IEEE 802.3at/af devices, this plug-and-play switch powers devices like IP cameras, access points, and VoIP phones without any setup. Optional use of PoE extenders allows powering devices well beyond 100 meters.

Durable, Fanless, and Noise-free Design

Built to withstand tough industrial conditions, the switch operates between -40 to 75 °C and offers ±6KV surge and ESD protection. The fanless design ensures quiet operation and long-term reliability.

Compact and Mountable for Tight Spaces

At only 50 mm wide, the IGS-504HPT fits easily in wall-mounted enclosures or DIN rails. It's ideal for smart buildings, industrial automation, or secure monitoring systems.
