With its compact design and optional Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) support, this switch is ideal for applications such as video surveillance, large-scale WLAN coverage, or industrial control networks. The switch enables reliable, fail-safe, and remotely manageable communication.

Thanks to its support for star, daisy-chain, and ring topologies, the switch offers high flexibility. The integrated ring topology functionality ensures that, in the event of a segment failure, the network connection is restored within less than 50 milliseconds. Additionally, the device features two redundant power supplies that ensure a stable power supply.

The optional PoE functionality, compliant with IEEE 802.3af, allows powering end devices without additional power supplies, which is particularly useful for cameras, WLAN access points, and sensors. For specialized applications, a variant with extended certifications, such as for railway environments (EN50121) or substations (IEC61850), is available.
