USB-to-RS232 converters for configuration, diagnostics and serial data transmissionReliable RS232 communication: The USB-to-serial RS232 Converter connects computers with a USB-A port to devices via a 4-pin screw terminal. The FTDI chipset enables stable data transmission via a virtual COM port and supports baud rates from 300 to 921,600 bps.
Simple wiring: The GND, TX, RX and an additional GND pin facilitate connection to RS232 devices. The two GND pins are internally connected and can also be used for ground connections or cable shielding.

The InLine USB to Serial RS232 Converter connects modern computers with a USB-A port to devices that still use a serial RS232 interface.
