Wallbox charging station with UV-resistant plastic housing for charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles. Charging mode Mode 3 according to DIN EN IEC 61851-1 (VDE 0122-1) via Mode 3 socket type 2, fused via the supply line of the charging station 32 A (3-phase). Permanently installed charging station for indoor/outdoor use. Free use or access authorization via RFID authentication.
Consisting of a wall housing, cable entry for power supply, brightness sensor, RFID reader (sensor) and LED display (status, charge level, error). The operating mode (1 or 3 phase) and the charging current (10 - 32 A) are set in the integrated charging controller.
The charging station is connected to a backend system for monitoring and billing via the OCPP protocol. Commissioning is carried out via the embedded web server via Wifi or Ethernet.
The optional load manager (LM) allows several charging stations to be networked with one another. Load management supports both static and dynamic load management with integrated direct measurement or direct converter connection. The power supply to the charging station must have a separate circuit. Connecting multiple charging stations to the same circuit is not permitted.
Each charging station must be protected with a combined residual current/line circuit breaker (RCBO) type A or separately with a residual current circuit breaker (RCD) type A and a line circuit breaker (MCB). A type B FI circuit breaker is not necessary as a 6 mA DC residual current detection is integrated.
The charging controller is configured when used for the first time via the integrated WiFi hotspot or the LAN interface.
