Operation with neutral conductor: - Switching of incandescent lamps, HV halogen lamps, electronic or inductive transformers with halogen or LED lamps, switchable or dimmable HV LED or compact fluorescent lamps. - The device is powered via the outer conductor and neutral conductor, therefore there is no leading or trailing edge phase control. Operation without neutral conductor: - Switching of incandescent lamps, HV halogen lamps, electronic or inductive transformers with halogen or LED lamps, dimmable HV LED or compact fluorescent lamps. - The device is powered via the outer conductor and the connected load and therefore works on the leading or trailing edge phase control principle. - Automatic or manual setting of the dimming principle that suits the load (leading or trailing edge phase control). - Display of the set operating mode via LED. Combination with RF operating top unit 1-way / 2-way for KNX: - Switching actuator channel 1-way or heating actuator 1-way. - Sensor channel 1-way or 2-way. - Local control of the System 3000 insert possible. - Radio control of other devices for KNX as a sensor possible. - Temperature detection: Care must be taken to ensure that the connected loads do not exceed 40 W. - {b}Function selection of the insert for switching:{\b} Normally open/normally closed operation, staircase function with switch-off warning, scene function (16 scenes), lock function, time delays. Extension input as an additional operating point for the System 3000 insert or for radio control of other devices for KNX as a sensor possible. - {b}Function selection of the insert for room temperature controller:{\b} Control of 230 V actuators, heating, cooling mode, heating and cooling mode, switching between heating and cooling mode via communication object or extension input. PWM and 2-point controller, absolute and relative setpoint specification, heat requirement control including cascading, valve protection function. Cyclic monitoring of the floor temperature, service mode for valve output, frost protection function (automatic or via communication object), calibration of the temperature sensor, boost function, summer and winter compensation, scene function (16 scenes). Extension input as an additional control point for the System 3000 application or for radio control of other devices for KNX as a sensor. Alternatively, the extension input can be parameterized to switch between heating and cooling mode. When operating without a neutral conductor, the minimum load for incandescent lamps, HV halogen, Tronic transformers and wound transformers increases to 50 W. If the ambient temperature is higher than 25 °C, the connected load must be reduced.
