Further information for Eltako 30100045 - ELT FHK61 230V Wireless actuator heating cooling relay

Radio actuator heating-cooling relay 230V. 1 normally open contact, potential-free 10A/250V AC. Standby loss only 0.8 watts. Encrypted radio, bidirectional radio and repeater function can be switched on. For built-in installation. 45mm long, 45mm wide, 33mm deep. If the supply voltage fails, the switching state is retained. When the supply voltage returns, it is switched off in a defined manner. After installation, wait for the automatic short synchronization before connecting the switched consumer to the mains. This heating-cooling relay evaluates the information from radio temperature controllers or sensors. Possibly supplemented with window-door contacts, motion detectors, Hoppe window handles and radio buttons. Valves are controlled with the potential-free working contact. Encrypted sensors can be taught in from production week 11/14. Bidirectional radio and/or a repeater function can be switched on. Every function change (normal operation, reduced operation, off) is confirmed with a radio telegram. This radio telegram can be taught into the GFVS software. Upper rotary switch for the operating modes: H1: Heating operation with PWM control with T = 4 minutes (PWM = pulse width modulation). (Suitable for valves with thermoelectric actuators). H2: Heating operation with PWM control with T = 15 minutes. (Suitable for valves with motorized actuators). H3: Heating operation with 2-point control. K1: Cooling operation with PWM control with T = 15 minutes. K2: Cooling operation with 2-point control. The changeover is visualized by the LED flashing. Lower rotary switch for the adjustable hysteresis or PWM influence: Left stop: smallest hysteresis 0.5°. Middle position: hysteresis 2.5°. Right stop: largest hysteresis 4.5°. In between, subdivision in 0.5° steps, visualized by LED flashing. Two-point control operating mode: The desired difference between switch-on and switch-off temperatures is set on the hysteresis rotary switch. If the actual temperature >= target temperature, the device is switched off. If the actual temperature = target temperature, the device is switched off. If the actual temperature <= (target temperature ? hysteresis) the device is switched on at 100%. If the actual temperature is between the target temperature ? hysteresis and the target temperature, the device is switched on and off in 10% steps using a PWM depending on the temperature difference. The smaller the temperature difference, the shorter the switch-on time. The adjustability of the 100% value means that the PWM can be adapted to the size of the radiator or inertia. In cooling mode, the signs are reversed. The frost protection function is always active in heating mode. As soon as the actual temperature falls below 8°C, the selected operating mode is set to 8°C. As long as one or more windows are open, the output remains off, provided that FTK window-door contacts or Hoppe window handles have been programmed. However, frost protection remains active in heating mode.As long as all the programmed FBH motion detectors have not reported any movement, the system switches to reduced mode. In heating mode, the target temperature is reduced by 2°, in cooling mode it is raised by 2°. As soon as a motion detector reports movement again, the system switches to normal mode. If an FT4 radio button is programmed, the 4 buttons are assigned the following functions: Top right: Normal mode (can also be activated using a timer). Bottom right: Night-time reduced mode by 4°, in cooling mode, increase by 4° (can also be activated using a timer). Top left: Reduced mode by 2°, in cooling mode, increase by 2°. Bottom left: Off (frost protection active in heating mode, permanently off in cooling mode). If motion detectors and radio buttons are programmed at the same time, the following always applies:
