The FTVW wireless button encryption rocker can be used to activate and deactivate encryption on Eltako wireless buttons, wireless handheld transmitters and wireless remote controls with the battery- and wire-free EnOcean wireless modules. This does not apply to the tap-radio® buttons and handheld transmitters with the PTM210 EnOcean module. To do this, the rockers must first be removed. For the FMH8 wireless mini handheld transmitters, the radio modules must be removed and placed on a flat surface. Activate encryption: The encryption ON label on the FTVW is on the top. Press the encryption rocker onto the wireless module and press the rocker twice. Deactivate encryption: The encryption OFF label on the FTVW is on the top. Press the encryption rocker onto the wireless module and press the rocker once. The programming of encryptable EnOcean radio modules is described in the operating instructions for the encryptable actuators. These are marked with the key pictogram.
