DRAGINO Converter to RS485
Overview
The Dragino RS485-LN is an RS485 to LoRaWAN converter. It converts the RS485 devices into a LoRaWAN wireless network, which simplifies IoT installation and reduces installation/maintenance costs.
RS485-LN allows the user to monitor/control RS485 devices and achieve extremely long ranges. It offers extremely long-range spread spectrum communication and high interference immunity while minimizing power consumption. It targets professional wireless sensor network applications such as irrigation systems, smart meters, smart cities, smartphone detection, building automation, etc.
For data uplink: RS485-LN sends user-defined commands to RS485 devices and receives the feedback from the RS485 devices. RS485-LN processes these feedbacks according to the custom rule to get the final payload to upload to the LoRaWAN server.
