DRAGINO LDS02-EU868 LoRaWAN Door Sensor
Overview
The Dragino LDS02 is a LoRaWAN door sensor. It detects the open/closed door status and sends an uplink to the IoT server via the LoRaWAN network. The user can see the door status, opening time and number of opened doors on the IoT server.
LDS02 is powered by 2 x AAA batteries and is designed for long-term operation. These two batteries can provide about 16,000~70,000 uplink packets. When the batteries run out, the user can simply open the case and replace it with 2 standard AAA batteries.
The LDS02 sends data periodically every day and every time the door is opened/closed. It also counts the door opening times and calculates the duration of the last door opening. The user can also disable the uplink for each open/close event, instead the device can count each open event and send the uplink periodically.
The LDS02 has an open door alarm function. The user can set this feature so that the device sends an alarm when the door has been opened for a certain time.
Each LDS02 is pre-loaded with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registration, register these keys on the LoRaWAN server and it will automatically connect after power on.
