The EWIO, 2-M-BM is a powerful data logger for energy consumption monitoring and energy monitoring in buildings, machines, plants and systems. Two Ethernet ports with daisy chain function are available for linking additional data loggers and connecting them to a LAN network. The EWIO2-M-BM can be integrated into a Modbus TCP or BACnet/IP network for control tasks. The system is parameterized, configured and commissioned using a platform-independent web browser. The M-Bus and Modbus RTU interface allows different meters to be read: e.g. electricity, water, gas and heat. The measured values can be sent either in parallel by email (SSL) and FTP (SFTP) from the database (push) or read out via FTP (SFTP), a BACnet or Modbus controller (pull). Simple functions and control tasks in building or industrial automation can be created and visualized using the 'Node-RED' graphical programming interface integrated in the web interface and the numerous digital and analog I/Os. An integrated µSD memory card extends the functionality of the EWIO2-M-BM for storing settings, data and applications.
