Designed specifically for use with IN-SESSION touch panels, this system provides a comprehensive overview of all rooms in the IN-SESSION Room Booking System. The view shows the availability and detailed information of up to 14 meeting rooms simultaneously, allowing quick identification of available spaces.

The device displays room name, current occupancy status, as well as the subject, start/end times for ongoing and future meetings. A color-coded indicator (green/red) offers immediate visual cues for room availability. The Meeting Room Viewer is ideal for reception areas and central management units where easy and clear management of multiple meeting rooms is necessary.
