IN-SESSION Room Booking System

The IN-SESSION Room Booking System allows seamless reservation and management of meeting and conference rooms through an intuitive touch panel. This solution integrates directly with popular calendar services such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Google Apps for Work, enabling instant booking, extension, and cancellation of appointments. The current room status and availability can be viewed in real time on the touch panel.

Suitable for businesses of all sizes, the system can be mounted on glass walls, flush with the wall, or any other surface. Installation and configuration are quick and straightforward through the touch panel or a web GUI, and the system is powered via PoE. The 7-inch or 12-inch display options provide optimal customization to meet room needs and setup.
