The Industrial-Grade Isolated USB Hub offers rugged ESD protection and isolation, ensuring maximum uptime for USB devices in industrial environments. With high-level electrostatic discharge protection (Level 4, 15 kV) and 4 kV isolation between upstream and downstream ports, this hub provides secure, reliable USB connectivity even in environments with high electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Housed in a durable, IP30-rated metal enclosure, this hub is built to withstand challenging conditions. It meets UL® standards for use in Class 1 Division 2 hazardous areas and complies with EN60601-1-2 for medical electronics. Additionally, it operates within a wide temperature range of -40 to +80 °C and withstands vibrations (4g) and shock up to 50G.

This USB hub is compatible with USB 1.1 and USB 2.0, supporting transfer rates up to 12 Mbps. High-retention ports ensure secure cable connections, preventing data loss due to vibrations. Powered externally via a 10–30 VDC input, either through a locking barrel plug or terminal block, the hub supplies 500 mA to each USB port. It includes DIN rail and panel mounting brackets.
