XS 1000 Media Converter

The XS 1000 media converters offer affordable gigabit Ethernet transmission by converting 1000BASE-TX signals into 1000BASE-SX/LX signals. Designed according to IEEE 802.3u and IEEE 802.3z gigabit Ethernet standards, this converter fulfills the requirements of modern network structures, with TP port features including full-duplex, auto-MDI/MDI-X, and auto-negotiation for flexible and efficient operation.

Supporting multimode fiber (SC connector), single-mode fiber (SC connector), and an optional SFP slot, these converters are adaptable to various range and operation needs. The SFP slot accepts both multimode and single-mode SFP modules, providing the flexibility for different network demands. The clear LED diagnostic indicators give instant feedback on connection status.

XS 1000 media converters can be used as standalone devices or optionally installed with DIN rail or wall mounts. They can also be integrated into a 19-inch rack with 16 slots, with the option to add redundant power for added stability. Maximum transfer speeds reach up to 2000 Mbps in full-duplex mode.
