These cost-effective, unmanaged Layer 2 media converters make it easy to extend a 10 or 100 Mbps network over 100 Mbps fiber optic cable for distances of up to 40 kilometers.

The converter has an industrial-grade plastic case and complies with IEC 61000-Part 6-2 generic standards for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in industrial environments. It provides full wire-speed forwarding across the network. The Auto MDI/MDI-X copper port automatically negotiates 10/100 Mbps speed and auto-detects full or half-duplex mode.

The converters can be easily installed on a DIN rail, with the mounting kit included.
