These affordable, unmanaged Layer 2 media converters allow simple network expansion of your 10- or 100-Mbps network over 100-Mbps fiber cable, with distances reaching up to 40 kilometers.

The converter features an industrial-strength plastic enclosure and meets IEC 61000-Part 6-2 standards for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in industrial settings. It offers full wire-speed forwarding across the network, and the auto MDI/MDI-X copper port automatically negotiates 10/100Mbps speeds and detects full- or half-duplex mode.

The converter is easy to install on a DIN rail, with the mounting kit included.
