The Emerald® USB 2.0 Switchable Extender allows switching between high-speed USB 2.0 devices over an IP network. It supports full-speed USB 2.0 up to 480 Mbps and enhances collaboration with simultaneous USB sharing. The extender can be connected to an Emerald KVM system for automatic switching when the target changes. Featuring four USB ports, it supports various USB devices, including USB hubs.

The extender expands USB 2.0 connections up to 100 meters over CATx or Ethernet LAN and is ideal for use in industrial control, factory floors, classrooms, and meeting rooms. It supplies up to 600 mA to downstream USB devices and is compatible with USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 devices.
