The ATEN CS18208 8-Port USB 3.0 4K HDMI KVM Switch can effectively access and control up to 8 HDMI computers via a single USB keyboard, USB mouse and HDMI monitor console. The CS18208 supports high video quality up to 4K DCI (4096 x 2160 @ 60Hz) and presents crystal clear images.
To meet the requirements for easy expansion and flexibility, the CS18208 can handle up to 512 computers Control cascading on three levels for a single console. In addition, the CS18208 supports the multi-display function by stacking up to eight CS18208 units in order to compare and analyze information on a maximum of 8 monitors, which significantly streamlines the work environment.
With two patented ATENs Technologies - Video DynaSync ™ and EDID Expert ™, the CS18208 can optimize screen resolution, speed up port switching and boot up smoothly while eliminating monitor boot up issues.
The CS18208 also features a built-in USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub that delivers data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbps, so users can run things faster and share USB peripherals instantly. For user-friendly port selection, the CS18208 offers pushbuttons, hotkeys, RS-232 commands and an OSD with a redesigned user interface that enable effortless and intuitive operation.
To eliminate security concerns, two-stage password authorization is available to increase the protection of computer access and control.
