This APC UPS Network Management Card (NMC) enables remote monitoring and control of individual single-phase and three-phase APC UPSs through secure network browsers or external user interfaces. The NMC with temperature sensor connects to the UPS through a web browser, user interface, or SNMP. The flash-updatable firmware installs maintenance releases of firmware remotely via FTP. The Network Management Card provides multi-user access, pre-installed multi-language support, enhanced security protection, and storage for data and event logs. The NMC card with PowerChute Network Shutdown enables unattended, secure shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines, and HCI clusters. The network card supports a user-selectable password with strong password rules and a password reset mechanism.
