The high power PoE injector has a power booster" that converts the low input voltage of 24/48/56V DC into up to 55V DC, thus providing up to 72 watts to the connected devices. In addition to increasing the input voltage, the "ColdDesign Technology also enables a reduction in the waste heat generated. The injector increases the input voltage from 24V up to 55V to meet the voltage requirements of the IEEE802.3af/at PoE standard. The integrated 4-PIN DIP switch allows you to choose between Mode A and Mode B, for PoE-compliant 30 watts or up to 36 watts for high power. You can also choose between 2 pairs or 4 pairs to achieve a power of 30/36 or 60/72 watts. The injector has been extensively tested for use in a wide range of security, transportation and telecommunications applications.
