The ABB DS201 M C40 A30 is a 1P+N residual current circuit breaker (RCBO) with integrated overcurrent protection, specifically designed for use in single-phase circuits. It provides comprehensive protection against overload, short circuit, as well as sinusoidal alternating and pulsating direct fault currents with a smooth direct fault current component up to 6 mA. The switch ensures personal and property protection in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530, including fault protection (protection against indirect contact) with a rated residual current of 30 mA and fire protection with 300 mA. The C tripping characteristic ensures precise response to load fluctuations and enables safe disconnection in case of overload. With a rated switching capacity of 10 kA, the switch is suitable for demanding applications in residential, commercial, and industrial installations. The product fully complies with standards IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20) and IEC/EN 61009-2-1 (VDE 0664-21), highlighting its global applicability and reliability. The switch is protected on 1 pole (LS) and switching on 2 poles, ensuring safe disconnection of the circuit when tripping.
