Residual current circuit breakers (RCBOs) offer protection for people and property, as well as protection against electrically ignited fires in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. They ensure protection of single-phase circuits against overload and short-circuit currents, protection against sinusoidal alternating currents and pulsating currents with a smooth DC residual current component of up to 6 mA to earth. As well as fault protection (protection against indirect contact), additional protection (with I¿n = 30 mA) and fire protection (with I¿n = 300 mA). They meet the product standards IEC/EN 61009-1, IEC/EN 61009-2-1.
The regulations according to DIN EN 45545 (fire and smoke protection standard) R22-R26 and category 1 - class A and class B according to IEC 61373 (shock and vibration resistance) make the DS201 AT suitable for use in rail vehicles.
