Residual current circuit breakers (RCBOs) offer protection for people and property, as well as protection against electrically ignited fires in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. They ensure protection of single-phase circuits against overload and short-circuit currents, protection against sinusoidal alternating currents and pulsating currents with a smooth DC residual current component of up to 6 mA to earth. As well as fault protection (protection against indirect contact), additional protection and fire protection. They meet the product standards IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20), IEC/EN 61009-2-1 (VDE 0664-21). Areas of application are household and commercial applications. The compact design of the DSX301C residual current circuit breaker is ideal for use in power distribution systems where space is limited. The series has a 30 mA residual current and a B or C tripping characteristic. Its patented connection terminals with push-in technology ensure simple and safe contacting and handling. Conductors of up to 2 x 4 mm² can be connected to the upper push-in terminal on the output side. On the input side, the PSX phase rails can be used for cross-wiring. For the feed-in, conductor cross-sections of up to 10 mm² can be connected directly to the device via the screw connection terminal with protection class IP20. For better visibility when feeding, the connection opening of the screw terminal is above the flexible terminal for the phase rail.
