The SMI blind/roller shutter actuator is a series-mounted device for installation in the distributor. Four independent groups, each with up to four SMI LoVo blind and/or roller shutter drives, can be controlled via KNX using the integrated SMI interface.
For operation using the manual control buttons and ABB i-bus KNX, the device must be connected to a 230 V AC auxiliary voltage.
The control buttons on the front of the device can be used to manually raise and lower the blind, as well as stop and adjust it step by step. The LEDs show the current direction of travel and the current position.
