The GAE75-10-11 contactors are designed for switching direct current and are constructed as block contactors.
They have arc chambers with permanent magnets that are specially designed for switching direct current. The three current paths of the contactor are connected in series via two pre-installed insulated connectors.
The GAE75 is a single-pole contactor where the polarities indicated on the connection terminals must be observed. It is also marked 1L1 for the positive pole and 2T1 for the negative pole. It is also equipped with a 2-pole side auxiliary contact (1S+1NC) at the factory.
