The GAE75-10-00 contactors are designed to switch DC current and are constructed as block contactors.
They have arc chambers with permanent magnets that are specifically designed for switching DC current. The contactor's three current paths are connected in series via two pre-installed insulated connectors.
The GAE75 is a single-pole contactor where the polarities indicated on the connection terminals must be observed. It is also marked 1L1 for the positive pole and 2T1 for the negative pole. No auxiliary contacts are installed at the factory.
