Das AFC12-30-10-84 ist ein 3-poliges - 690 V IEC oder 600 V UL Schütz mit 1S eingebautem Hilfskontakt und Schraubklemmen, hauptsächlich zur Steuerung von Stromkreisen bis zu 5,5kW / 400 V AC (AC-3) oder 7,5 hp / 480 V AC UL und 28 A (AC-1) oder 28 A UL ,General Use'. Innerhalb der AF-Plattform bieten die AFC-Schütze eine optimierte Betriebszeit für AC-gesteuerte Anwendungen mit elektromagnetischer Spule (Steuerspannung: 110V AC 50Hz / 110.120V AC 60Hz). AFC-Schütze sind in Blockbauweise ausgeführt und können mit zusätzlichen Hilfskontaktblöcken und einer breiten Palette von zusätzlichem Zubehör leicht erweitert werden. Alle Hilfsöffnerkontakte sind als Spiegelkontakte nach IEC60947-4-1 Anhang F ausgeführt.
