The electronic compact starters of the HF...ROLE-24VDC series are hybrid starters for motors up to 3 kW / 400 V or resistive loads up to 9 A / 400 V in accordance with IEC/EN 60947-1, -4-2.
They include the functions of reversing start and overload protection with very wide current setting ranges as well as the safety functionality for emergency stop. Safety Integrity Level 3 according to the standard for functional safety IEC 61508-1 and Performance Level >e< according to ISO 13849-1 are certified. The devices also have ATEX approval.
Thanks to the hybrid technology of semiconductors and bypass contacts, HF starters are particularly suitable for applications with frequent switching operations and are low-loss.
