ZCode-MZE Coded Magnetic Interlock – Maximum Tamper Protection with Magnetic and RFID Technology

The ZCode-MZE coded magnetic interlock provides maximum process security by combining magnetic and RFID technology. This dual-channel, diverse principle ensures the highest level of tamper protection. Activation is only possible with the supplied coded actuator, effectively preventing unauthorized manipulation.

The ZCode-MZE's robust stainless steel (316) housing offers high resistance to chemicals, cleaning agents, and environmental influences. This makes it ideal for use in hygiene-critical industries such as the food and pharmaceutical sectors. Its resistance to Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) processes ensures durability and reliability.

The IP69K protection class provides full protection against dust, water, and high-pressure cleaning. With a locking force of 600 to 1500 N (depending on the model), the ZCode-MZE offers a secure and reliable lock. The switching distances are a maximum of 1 mm (close) and 10 mm (open), enabling precise detection. An integrated LED indicator displays the current status.

The ZCode-MZE meets the highest safety standards and is certified according to EN ISO 13849-1, EN 62061, EN 60947-5-3, and other international standards. With a safety classification of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3, the ZCode-MZE offers optimal protection for people and machinery.
