ZCode-MZE Coded Magnetic Interlock – Maximum Tamper Protection with Magnetic and RFID Technology

The ZCode-MZE coded magnetic interlock provides maximum process security through the combination of magnetic and RFID technology. This dual-channel, diverse safety principle ensures tamper-proof operation. The interlock is activated exclusively by the supplied coded actuator, effectively preventing unauthorized manipulation.

The high-quality stainless steel (316) housing offers excellent resistance to chemicals and environmental influences. This makes the ZCode-MZE ideal for hygiene-sensitive areas such as the food and pharmaceutical industries. Thanks to its resistance to Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) processes, the ZCode-MZE is particularly robust and durable.

The IP69K protection class ensures maximum protection against dust, water, and high-pressure cleaning. With a locking force of 600 to 1500 N (depending on the model), the ZCode-MZE provides secure locking of the protective device. The switching distances are 1 mm (close) and 10 mm (open), enabling precise detection. An LED indicator signals the current operational status.

The ZCode-MZE meets the highest safety requirements and is certified according to EN ISO 13849-1, EN 62061, EN 60947-5-3, and other international standards. With a safety classification of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3, the ZCode-MZE provides optimal protection for people and machinery.
