ZCode-MZE Coded Magnetic Interlock – Maximum Tamper Protection with Magnetic and RFID Technology

The ZCode-MZE coded magnetic interlock provides maximum process security by combining magnetic and RFID technology. This dual-channel, diverse system guarantees the highest level of tamper protection. Activation is only possible using the supplied coded actuator, effectively preventing unauthorized manipulation.

The ZCode-MZE's housing is made from premium stainless steel (316), making it exceptionally resistant to environmental influences and chemical substances. It is ideal for use in hygiene-sensitive industries such as food and pharmaceutical production. Thanks to its chemical resistance, the interlock is compatible with Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) processes, making it perfect for cleaning-intensive environments.

With an IP69K protection rating, the ZCode-MZE offers full protection against water, dust, and high-pressure cleaning. The locking force ranges from 600 to 1500 N (depending on model) for secure protection. The ZCode-MZE also features an LED indicator for status display. The maximum switching distance is 1 mm (close) and 10 mm (open), providing precise locking.

Certified according to EN ISO 13849-1, EN 62061, and EN 60947-5-3, the ZCode-MZE meets the highest international safety requirements. With a safety classification of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3, it offers optimal protection for people and machinery.
