ZCode-MZE Magnetic Coded Interlock – Maximum Tamper Protection with Magnetic and RFID Technology

The ZCode-MZE magnetic coded interlock is specifically designed to ensure maximum process security. By combining magnetic and RFID technology, the ZCode-MZE employs a dual-channel, diverse safety principle, providing maximum protection against tampering. Activation is only possible with the associated coded actuator, which is included in the delivery.

The housing of the ZCode-MZE is made of stainless steel (316), offering exceptional resistance to chemicals and high robustness. This makes it suitable for cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sterilization-in-place (SIP) processes, which are essential for hygiene-critical industries such as food processing and pharmaceuticals.

With a protection class of IP69K and a temperature range of -25 °C to +40 °C, the ZCode-MZE is reliable even in harsh environments. The high locking force (600 - 1500 N depending on the model) ensures a secure lock. The switching distance is a maximum of 1 mm for closing and 10 mm for opening. An integrated LED indicator shows the switching status.

The ZCode-MZE is certified according to essential safety standards such as EN ISO 13849-1, EN 62061, and EN 60947-5-3. With a safety classification of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3, the ZCode-MZE offers the highest level of protection for people and machinery.
