ZCode-MC Safety Switch – Contactless Safety Switch with Stainless Steel Housing

The ZCode-MC safety switch operates contactlessly via a coded magnetic system and offers a high switching distance as well as a large tolerance for misalignment of the protective door. Activation is only possible with the actuator included in the delivery, significantly reducing the risk of manipulation. The switch status is indicated via an integrated LED.

The ZCode-MC features a high-quality stainless steel housing, making it particularly resistant to high temperatures and chemical influences. These properties make it ideal for use in hygiene-critical environments such as the food industry or chemical industry. The ZCode-MC is fully dust- and waterproof, meeting the IP67 and IP69K protection standards (IP67 when using the M12 connector).

The ZCode-MC offers two contactless safety outputs as well as an additional signal output. With a supply voltage of DC 24 V and a switching capacity of up to 200 mA per output, it is perfectly suited for use in safety circuits. Its compact design (50 x 25 x 14 mm) and light weight of 300 g enable easy integration even in confined installation spaces.

Safety certifications according to ISO 13849-1, EN 62061, EN ISO 14119, as well as EN 60204-1 and EN 60947-5-3, ensure high reliability and compliance with international safety standards. With a safety classification of PL e and Category 4, the ZCode-MC provides maximum safety for people and machinery.
