TALOS® TB-I14O3h Safety Controller – Flexible Safety Solution with Simple Parameterization

The TALOS® TB-I14O3h safety controller provides a flexible and customizable safety solution that is ideal for use in demanding industrial applications. Thanks to the ability to configure and parameterize the device directly via an intuitive menu, no additional tools such as a PC are required. Delay times and other functions can be set quickly and easily, saving time and significantly reducing the effort required for commissioning and maintenance.

The TALOS® TB-I14O3h offers 14 secure inputs that can be flexibly used with or without time functions. Through the logical linking of these inputs with 3 secure semiconductor outputs and 6 signal outputs, a powerful and flexible safety concept is created. Additionally, 4 clock outputs are available. An integrated diagnostic function allows for quick fault detection, preventing long downtimes.

The safety controller meets the highest safety requirements and is certified according to EN ISO 13849-1, EN 50156-1, EN 62061, IEC 61508, and EN 746-2. It has a safety classification of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3, ensuring the highest protection for people and machinery.

The controller is powered by a DC 24 V power source (+/- 15 %), and its compact design (45 x 99 x 118 mm) enables space-saving installation in control cabinets. Its robust design and short-circuit-proof inputs and outputs make the TALOS® TB-I14O3h ideal for use in industrial environments.
