TALOS® TB-I14O3h Safety Controller – Flexible Safety Solution with Simple Parameterization

The TALOS® TB-I14O3h safety controller offers a flexible and customizable safety solution, making it ideal for use in demanding industrial applications. It allows for simple configuration and parameterization directly on the device, without the need for additional tools such as a PC. Delay times and other functions can be quickly and easily set using the integrated menu, saving time and reducing effort during commissioning and maintenance.

With 14 secure inputs and 3 secure semiconductor outputs, the TALOS® TB-I14O3h provides maximum flexibility. The secure inputs can be logically linked with or without time functions, while 6 signal outputs display the status of the safety controller. In addition, 4 clock outputs are available. An integrated diagnostic system allows for quick fault detection, minimizing downtime.

The TALOS® TB-I14O3h meets the highest safety standards and is certified according to EN ISO 13849-1, EN 50156-1, EN 62061, IEC 61508, and EN 746-2. With a safety classification of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3, the safety controller provides maximum protection for people and machines.

The power supply operates at DC 24 V (+/- 15 %), and the compact design (45 x 99 x 118 mm) allows for space-saving installation in control cabinets.
