Product Description:

The SR3D safety control device is a universal safety relay with three safe relay outputs, specially designed for continuous operation in combustion systems in accordance with EN 50156-1. Thanks to its certification by Germanischer Lloyd (GL) under number 32915-06HH, it is also approved for use at sea. It is successfully used in critical safety applications such as waste incineration on ships, where it ensures the reliable protection of people and equipment.

The SR3D performs key safety functions such as emergency stop monitoring, sliding guard door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and use as a safe coupling relay. It offers the option of automatic start or manual, monitored start, allowing it to be flexibly adapted to the specific application requirements. With the high safety levels of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3 (according to EN ISO 13849-1 and EN/IEC 62061), the SR3D meets the highest machine safety standards.

The compact design with a width of only 22.5 mm allows for space-saving installation in control cabinets. The SR3D supports three different power supply voltages (AC/DC 24 V, AC 115 V, and AC 230 V) and offers a choice of fixed screw terminals, pluggable screw terminals, or push-in spring terminals in TWIN design, providing maximum flexibility for wiring.
