SR3D Safety Relay – Versatile Use for Combustion Plants and Marine Applications

The SR3D is a universally applicable safety relay with three secure relay outputs, specifically designed for use in combustion plants operating continuously according to EN 50156-1. Its reliability and versatility make it the ideal choice for demanding environments, such as waste incineration plants on ships. Certified by the Germanischer Lloyd (GL) under certification number 32915-06HH, the SR3D is also approved for maritime applications.

With a range of safety functions, including emergency stop monitoring, sliding protective door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and safe coupling relay, the device offers maximum flexibility. It meets all relevant safety standards such as EN 60204-1, DIN EN ISO 13849-1, EN 62061, EN 50156-1, and more. The compact design with a width of only 22.5 mm allows for space-saving installation in control cabinets.

The SR3D can be easily integrated into various installation environments thanks to its flexible power supply (AC/DC 24 V, AC 115 V, or AC 230 V) and the choice between fixed screw terminals, plug-in screw terminals, or push-in spring terminals in TWIN design. With 3 immediate safety contacts, 1 signal contact, and a maximum switching capacity of 8 A at 250 VAC, it is well equipped for safety-critical applications.
