Product Description:

The SR3D safety control device is a universal safety relay with three safe relay outputs, specially designed for safety-critical applications in machinery, plant engineering, and combustion systems. The SR3D meets the requirements of EN 50156-1 for continuous operation in combustion plants and, thanks to its approval by Germanischer Lloyd (GL), is also authorized for maritime use, such as in waste incineration plants on ships.

Typical applications for the SR3D include emergency stop monitoring, sliding guard door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and use as a safe coupling relay. The device supports both automatic start and manual, monitored start, allowing it to be flexibly adapted to different safety requirements. With a classification of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3 (according to EN ISO 13849-1 and EN/IEC 62061), the device provides the highest level of safety.

With a compact width of only 22.5 mm, the SR3D can be installed in control cabinets to save space. It is available in three power supply versions: AC/DC 24 V, AC 115 V, and AC 230 V. To simplify installation and wiring, various connection options are available: fixed screw terminals, pluggable screw terminals, or push-in spring terminals in TWIN design.
