SR3D Safety Relay – Universal Safety Solution for Machines and Systems

The SR3D is a versatile safety relay designed to meet the highest safety requirements up to PL e and SIL 3. With its three secure, redundant relay outputs, it ensures that moving machine parts are stopped quickly and reliably in the event of a hazard. It supports single- or dual-channel emergency stop circuits as well as protective barrier monitoring.

One of the key advantages of the SR3D is its suitability for use in continuous operation in combustion plants (according to EN 50156-1 and EN 746-2) as well as on ships. Certified by TÜV Rheinland and Germanischer Lloyd, the SR3D meets the most stringent safety standards, providing comprehensive protection for both personnel and machinery.

• Distance Requirements: For the AC 115 V / 230 V version, a minimum distance of 10 mm from adjacent devices must be maintained. Spacers from ZANDER AACHEN (Part No. 472596) are available to ensure proper spacing.
• Heat Dissipation: Sufficient heat dissipation must be ensured in the control cabinet to avoid overheating.
