SCB-04 – Safe Timer Control with 2 Relay Contacts and 2 Semiconductor Outputs

The SCB-04 is a compact, universally applicable, and safe time control unit that can be used in a wide range of safety applications. In the event of danger, the SCB-04 enables the safe and tamper-proof shutdown of machines and systems. This makes it ideal for emergency stop systems, safety gate monitoring, and use in continuous operation of firing systems.

The device features 2 secure relay contacts and 2 secure semiconductor outputs. The outputs can be configured independently of each other as delay-on, delay-off, or non-delayed switching. These configurations (Pr 00 - Pr 10) can be easily set via the control panel with push/rotary buttons. The integrated display allows simple and tamper-proof parameterization of the time functions.

The SCB-04 safe mini time control can also be used to replace outdated pneumatic time relays.
