The SCB-03 – Secure Timer Controller with 3 Semiconductor Contacts for Flexible Safety Solutions

The SCB-03 is a modern, universally applicable secure timer controller that, with its 3 secure semiconductor contacts, allows for quick, tamper-proof, and reliable shutdown of machines and systems in the event of danger. With its flexible configuration options and intuitive operation, the SCB-03 provides a future-proof solution for a wide range of industrial applications.

The secure outputs of the SCB-03 can switch with no delay, response delay, or dropout delay, depending on the configuration. Configuration is performed via an easy-to-use push-and-turn button, while the integrated display enables tamper-proof and precise parameterization of the time settings. Thanks to programs Pr 00 to Pr 06, the SCB-03 can be adapted to individual application requirements.

The SCB-03 replaces outdated pneumatic time relays and meets the highest safety requirements. Typical applications include emergency stop systems, safety door monitoring, light curtain monitoring, and the control of firing systems in continuous operation.
